The imposing 5 stars Speradise Hotel stands on the beach state park is one of the key elements in Singapore Polytechnic Beach Resort and Spa. The distintive wave-shaped building is 275m long, reaching a maximum height of 90m , and has 26 floors. This project is expected to complete in 3 years time which is by year 2012.

The hotel will offer more than 500 rooms and suites which can accomodate 1000 visitors. Apart from that, the smell of freshly roasted coffee, the life in and around the 2 coffee houses in the hotel will provide our guests with a truly unique experience. Besides, the relaxing atmosphere in Bob's bar with great selection of wines and beers is the perfect place for drinks, lively conversation, people-watching, and experiencing the undeniable excitement of Singapore.

There are 4 main types of rooms in the hotel. We have the standard room , Deluxe suite , Executive apartment and grand suite.
